Reviewing the Cooperation between HELVETAS and ICCO

In September 2008 ICCO and Helvetas will review their cooperation. In preparation of this review, a few rounds of "staff-consultation" are planned. For this process of staff-consultation, ICCO offered to make available the wiki-pages.

On the page below, the navigation for the process is presented.

The co-operation between ICCO and Helvetas is governed by an agreement.

As an annex to the agreement, areas of cooperation for 2007 were identified.

In a meeting last March 2008, the Action plan 2008was agreed on.

Based on the plans and meetings, it is quite clear that the priority "Areas of cooperation" as mentioned in chapter 5 of the agreement were given most attention. For each of these areas it is proposed to review our achievements in the following way:

- Enumerate plans, actual activities and where known the outcomes or results

- Make a brief assessment of the strengths and weaknesses

- Formulate recommendations for building on strengths and repairing weaknesses

- Identify new issues emerging, if any

To make this process open for all staff involved, they can contribute to the wiki-review pages below, according to the topic areas:
